1. Product Launch Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans covering Pre-launch, Launch, and Post-launch activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Creative, and Operations) to align strategies and deliverables.
- Define clear outputs, milestones, and success metrics at each stage of the product launch.
2. Sales & Marketing Campaigns
- Design and implement 2-month sales and awareness campaigns to drive market penetration and consumer adoption.
- Identify suitable marketing channels (digital, influencer/KOL, retail, and offline activation).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs.
3. KPI & Performance Tracking
- Establish and monitor campaign KPIs including sales targets, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and ROI.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with R&D and supply chain teams to ensure product readiness and availability.
- Partner with creative and digital teams to ensure impactful communication aligned with brand positioning.
- Report directly to CEO/Management with regular updates on progress and results.
