A) Career Development Roadmap
- Manage the content of the training curriculum for both Engineering HQ and Innovation HQ
- Update new knowledge to constantly improve the curriculum to keep it up to date
- Carry out the training plan and propose budgets for approval
- Coordinate and find educational and training institutions according to the specified topics in the training plan
- Conduct training according to the specified plan by collaborating with HRD
B) Supplier/Visitor Training
- Organize supplier training/visit for Engineering HQ and related engineers
- Coordinate with suppliers to plan and prepare training content/activity/training schedule
C) Mechanic's Skill Improvement
- Carry out the plan, criteria, and budget, then propose it for approval
- Proceed with recruiting, coordinate with the trainer in each skill to organize internal competitions to select applicants, and finalize the company representatives to participate in the competition at KUBOTA (Japan).
- Be the coach for mechanical skills and internal company competitors
- Coordinate with Kubota (Japan) until the end of the competition
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Education, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- GPAX 2.70 for a Bachelor’s degree, and 3.30 for a Master’s degree
- Good in English (TOEIC at least 550 is required)
- Proficiency in Japanese will be given special consideration
- Service minded and can-do attitude
- Proven experience in training coordination, especially in engineering-related fields.
- Strong understanding of engineering skills and technical competencies.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Able to work at Navanakorn Industrial Estate.
