บริษัท คาวา อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เคมี จำกัดObjectives of the Position: Lead new business development for agrochemical products by identifying and approaching potential customers, providing both commercial and technical support. The role requires not only strong sales and networking skills, but also the capability to perform basic laboratory formulation work independently to create application samples and demonstrate product potential to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1) New Business Development
- Identify and approach potential customers in the agrochemical sector.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new accounts an grow the company's presence in the agrochemical market.
- Conduct regular customer visits and presentations to introduce product applications.
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets through new customer acquisition.
2) Technical Support & Formulation
- Perform laboratory work to develop preliminary formulations and sample prototypes for customer trials.
- Independently create and adjust basic formulations (e.g. Herbicide, Fertilizer, Adjuvant blends) to match customer needs.
- Provide technical consultation on product applications and troubleshoot issues directly with customers.
- Document and communication formulation results to support sales proposals.
3) Sales performance & Market Development
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, to identify opportunities.
- Propose and execute marketing or trial activities to promote agrochemical products.
- Provide insights on product positioning, pricing, and customer needs to management.
4) Contract & Payment Management
- Prepare quotations, negotiate sales contracts, and close deals with new customers.
- Follow up on delivery and payment to ensure smooth transaction and timely collection.
5) Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, formulations, and trial outcomes.
- Prepare regular sales and technical reports for management.
- Collect and analyze market data to identify risks and opportunities.
