Education&Experience :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law; a Master’s degree or specialized legal training is an advantage.
2. Having a lawyer license.
3. At least 5 years of experience with background in Law, Compliance, IT Security or Audit in real estate or hospitality business is a plus.
4. In-depth knowledge of civil and commercial law, criminal law, procedural law and data protection law.
5. Commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
Skill :
1. Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
2. Excellent negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
2. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and effectively manages multiple responsibilities concurrently.
3. Be an innovative and creative thinker.
Ability :
1. Ability to lead and supervise a legal team, with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
2. Ability to work under pressure.
3. Ability to resolve problem quickly.
4. Detail-oriented, honest, and has a positive attitude.
