Role & responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
-Post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
-Support hiring managers and HR team to ensure a seamless hiring process.
-Onboarding & Offboarding
-Prepare onboarding documents and help new hires feel welcome from Day 1.
-Collect and manage employee documents and handle offboarding formalities when needed.
HR Operations
-Maintain employee records and update databases accurately.
-Assist in handling HR documentation, contracts, and benefit enrollments.
-Employee Engagement
-Support internal communications, engagement activities, and Pulse Surveys.
-Help plan small events, gifts, or moments that boost employee morale.
-Support HR Projects
-Assist the HOD/Manager in performance management, data collection, and policy updates.
-Help implement and track HR initiatives that improve employee experience.
