JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of cooling towers and related systems.
2. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation and extend equipment lifespan.
3. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and water treatment issues affecting cooling tower performance.
4. Replace or repair components such as motors, fans, gearboxes, fill media, drift eliminators, valves, and pumps.
6. Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and equipment logs.
7. Provide technical support and recommendations to customers for system improvements and upgrades.
8 Work closely with project managers, contractors, and facility teams during installations and maintenance.
9. Train operators and customers on proper cooling tower operation and basic troubleshooting.
10. Respond to emergency breakdowns and service requests promptly.
QUALIFICATION :
- English spoken
- Mechanical engineer back ground will be preferred
EXPERIENCE : 5 years
KNOWLEDGE/SKILL:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with cooling towers, HVAC, or industrial water systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in industrial and commercial buildings
- Knowledge of safety procedures, confined space entry, and working at heights is an advantage.
