The role includes assisting Sales Agents with lead management, target achievement, CRM record maintenance, and delivering exceptional service.
Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of customer service experience, proficiency in productivity tools, excellent communication, reporting, CRM expertise. Multitasking, independence, teamwork, and meeting deadlines are essential.
