Start rate salary: 70,000+ (Based on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10.00 - 19.00 hours, 100% onsite
1. Partnership Strategy & Business Expansion
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing partnership strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Research and identify new potential partners (Agency, Media Buy, Influencers, Ad Network, Gamification, Podcast) while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with potential and current partners to secure beneficial collaborations.
- Seek new projects, campaigns, channels, and emerging trends/technology to enhance business opportunities.
- Continuously research and monitor competitors' partnership strategies to re-strategize and maintain a competitive edge.
2. Campaign Planning & Content Creation
- Brainstorm, analyze, and develop marketing projects/campaigns to make effective strategic decisions.
- Create, plan, and implement marketing content, including briefing AW/Video materials, proposals for collaboration projects, and social media planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Content Creation, Motion, Design, Online Community, and related) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
3. Operational Management & Process Coordination
- Operate 3rd party (Media Buy, Agency, Influencer, and related) projects from start to end, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Manage the related finance (payment/accounting), legal (contracts, NDAs, MOUs, required documents), and administrative processes.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external parties to drive project success.
- Handle other assigned tasks relevant to the marketing partnership strategy.
4. Performance Analysis & Cost Efficiency
- Analyze and track the performance of campaigns and partnerships, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and cost-efficiency.
- Re-strategize 3rd party projects based on performance analysis and competitor monitoring.
- Responsible for achieving, developing, and optimizing KPIs and cost-efficiency for partnership initiatives.
5. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the junior member to ensure effective task execution and professional growth.
- Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to drive creativity and strategic thinking.
