Overview: The Head of Retail is responsible for driving all retail sales across Cubic clubs, ensuring premium presentation of Cubic’s in-house brands (SaifahBhayu Performance and Aliah Makia & Cubic Gear) and partner brand (Adidas), while sourcing and onboarding new retail opportunities aligned with Cubic’s identity. This role owns the retail P&L, manages visual merchandising, stock, and supplier relationships, and creates a high-impact retail experience that supports Cubic’s positioning as Thailand’s leading high-performance social club.
Responsibilities:
Retail Strategy & Sales:
- Develop and execute retail sales strategy across all Cubic locations.
- Set sales targets by location, category, and brand.
- Identify and evaluate new retail partnerships aligned with Cubic’s premium positioning.
- Work closely with Marketing to run campaigns, promotions, and launches.
Merchandising & Store Experience:
- Design and implement visual merchandising guidelines for all clubs.
- Maintain premium and consistent retail displays.
- Coordinate seasonal refreshes, product launches, and promotions.
- Monitor customer feedback and adapt product mix.
Operations & Inventory:
- Manage procurement, ordering, and replenishment.
- Implement efficient stock tracking and reporting.
- Control shrinkage and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Oversee logistics between warehouses and clubs.
Team Leadership:
- Train and supervise FOH staff on retail standards and upselling.
- Set retail incentive structures.
- Align retail training with Cubic’s brand culture.
Business Development:
- Research and propose new retail categories.
- Negotiate with suppliers on margins and support.
- Track competitor strategies and pricing.
