Head of Finance and Accounts

1. Financial Operation

-Oversee day to day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, fixed assets and all tax relating filing

-Review all documents prepared by Finance and Accounts staff

2. Strategic Leadership

-Partner with CFO and senior management in decision planning, business planning and log term growth strategies

-Provide financial insights to support business expansion, product development and market competitiveness.

3. Financial Management and Reporting

-Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance tracking

-Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for management, Board of Directors, regulators, and external stakeholders.

-Monitor key financial KPIs including liquidity, profitability, leverage and risk exposure.

4. Risk, Compliance and Controls

-Ensure compliance with local law and regulations, financial reporting standards and factoring industry practices

-Oversee internal controls, audits and risk management framework

5. Team Leadership and Development

-Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounting team to build strong capabilities 

-Foster a culture of accountability , continuous improvement and innovation in financial practices.

• Age preferably 35-40
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting with at least 5 years experience in senior leadership role
• Strong background in financial services, factoring, lending or banking
• proven expertise in accounting, tax, financial planning and treasury
• Good communication in English
