Position Overview
Highly driven and strategic Senior B2B Sales Professional to lead our engagement with
international schools across Thailand. This role will be responsible for driving demand,
building and maintaining long-term relationships, and growing the pipeline of products and
services tailored for the education sector. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor
to school leadership, IT teams, and deans, while also acting as the company’s representative
for new education programs, software, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Pipeline Growth
- Drive demand generation and expand the pipeline of products, services, and solutions
for international schools.
- Recruit and onboard new international schools into the portfolio, ensuring alignment
with business objectives.
• Account Management
- Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing international school clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and service excellence.
• Business Development & Partnerships
- Act as a contact point for introducing new educational software, programs, and
technology solutions.
- Explore, evaluate, and validate feasibility of new offerings before presenting to internal
teams.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and education technology brands to bring
innovative solutions to schools.
• Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong networks with schools’ IT teams, management, and deans to identify
opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company with professionalism and charisma during meetings,
presentations, and negotiations.
