At least 10 years of experience in recruitment and employee management, with team or project management experience.
In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Knowledge of compensation structures and employment types.
Familiarity with HR-related legal regulations.
Capable of recruiting, interviewing, and selecting top executive or C-Level candidates.
