Sales Executive - On Trade & HORECA

• Be the champion of the Italasia portfolio in Thailand On-Trade channel.
• Actively look for opportunities to sell products once opportunities arise – conversion from relationships to sales - delivering brand distribution and sales targets through sound planning, people management and alignment of brand strategies, business systems and processes.
• Leverage existing relationships to build and drive distribution and build influential relationships across the distributor, wholesaler and the Hotel customer base in order to identify and exploit opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage the relationship with Key customer to optimise the performance of our brands at the point of purchase through the activation of agreed promotional programmes.
• Execute the customer contract strategy – defined in the Annual plan – delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
• To focus on the “Minimum Execution Standard” in the On-Trade outlet to align with the Sales Force Automation (SFA) strategies and ensure 100% execution in all the consumer touch points.
• To be achieve on the outlet coverage and callage in the responsible area.
• Using “PepUpSales” application for recording & analysing in the on-trade outlets.
• To provide supporting information for Distributor Quarterly Business Reviews including market updates, market performance data and overview outlet consumer information.
