Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into QlikSense or relevant BI tools.
• Analyze aftersales performance data, including service throughput, parts sales, technician productivity, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on principal KPIs at the group and dealer level.
• Track and clear aging parts and slow-moving inventory.
• Collaborate with service, parts, and warranty teams to identify process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
• Support audits, especially warranty and NSC (National Sales Company) compliance checks.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Head of Aftersales.
• Assist in tracking open jobs, WIP (Work In Progress), and outstanding receivables (AR).
• Maintain database integrity and recommend automation or tools for efficiency.
