DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLE FOR / AUTHORISED TO:
• Attend the daily morning meetings and other ad-hoc meetings when on-call at customer location anytime of the day.
• Act as the point of contact for customers and / or WEFIC service engineers on rig, Songkhla and also at customer’s and / or WEFIC Songkhla base and office.
• Update and address with customer on all issues pertaining to the status of the equipment and installation on rig.
• Coordinate with customer on the arrangement for WEFIC service engineers to be on / off rig.
• Prepare and submit daily operations report (DOR) to WEFIC Singapore office.
• Witness the reception of equipment assisting the Customer receptionist team.
• Prepare wellhead and X’mas Tree equipment prior sending to the rig.
• Maintain and update inventory level of Customer’s wellhead and Xmas Tree equipment.
• Receive, inspect and manage refurbishment of the back load wellhead equipment.
• Coordinate the movement of nipple, pup joint, casing tubing hanger makeup, pressure testing of wellhead sub-assembly etc.
• Witness the makeup or pressure testing of wellhead equipment in Songkhla and provide report/test certificate to Customer.
• Organize and liaise with customer for periodic or non-periodic maintenance campaign.
• Promote and perform any field service-oriented sales and maintain a positive customer relationship for the company.
• To attend issues on board rig as and when required.
ACCOUNTABILITY
• Ensure all communication between customers and WEFIC are relayed in a timely and effective manner
• Ensure the service team prepare, install and maintained equipment according to customers’ needs and timeline
• Monitor the planning and deployment of the Service Team
• Report to Senior Manager, Operations & Services on all issues
