หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Job Purpose:

Coordinate and support all preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for Data Center facilities and equipment. Ensure maintenance tasks are planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with operational standards, safety regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Planning & Coordination

Assist in developing and updating preventive maintenance schedules for MEP systems, critical infrastructure, and building services.
Coordinate work orders between the Facility Management team, Technician team, and external vendors.
Ensure maintenance activities are properly documented, tracked, and closed in the maintenance management system.

2. Vendor & Contractor Management

Liaise with service providers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance services.
Monitor contractor performance, safety compliance, and adherence to work scope.
Coordinate site access, work permits, and necessary safety briefings for contractors.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
Prepare maintenance reports, including downtime analysis, root cause reports, and KPI tracking.
Ensure compliance with ISO documentation and client reporting requirements.

4. Operational Support

Support the technical team in responding to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies.
Ensure tools, equipment, and spare parts are available before maintenance work begins.
Coordinate follow-up actions to address any defects or incomplete works.

คุณสมบัติ

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in Data Center or mission-critical environments.

• Good understanding of MEP systems and maintenance processes.

• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent issues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.

• Good English communication skills.
