1. Be responsible for the formulation of product quality objectives, supervision of incoming materials, process and delivery inspection to ensure the achievement of quality objectives;
2. Be responsible for formulating the inspection standards and methods in the production process to ensure the effectiveness of the inspection standards and methods;
3. Be responsible for the analysis of product quality anomalies, investigate and handle major product quality anomalies, formulate effective corrective and preventive measures for the root causes of anomalies and supervise their implementation to prevent the recurrence of similar anomalies;
4. Be responsible for solving major quality problems and customer complaints in assembly and after-sales service, analyzing problems with internal departments, formulating solutions and implementing them, ensuring that abnormal problems are dealt with timely and effectively, and constantly improving customer satisfaction and product brand image;
5. Be responsible for implementing the quality policy and quality objectives of the Division and the factory, and carrying out corresponding quality culture activities to ensure the formation and promotion of the quality awareness of each unit;
6. Be responsible for handling claims, and complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders to ensure the smooth development of business.
