หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible for establishing and maintaining product time standards in the factory, calculating efficiency, analyzing line balancing, and proposing production line improvement plans to achieve continuous efficiency enhancement.
Evaluate production capacity according to monthly production forecasts, identify and prevent potential risks, develop capacity expansion plans and measures, and follow up to ensure completion on schedule.
Responsible for plant layout planning and material flow design within the factory, including production line modifications to comply with Lean Production requirements.
Lead improvement suggestion activities, create an engaging environment for employee participation, and ensure continuous improvement implementation with effective results.
Under existing production technologies, study and explore the most suitable production methods, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Conduct training sessions on basic knowledge of the 8 types of waste and Industrial Engineering.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering in multinational companies or large-scale manufacturing plants.
Knowledge of production planning, quality control, industrial engineering principles, and Lean Production.
Understanding of shop floor management, 6S, 8 types of waste, and ability to design production lines and allocate manpower appropriately.
Skilled in work study, time study, standard time calculation, familiar with the 7 IE tools and other process improvement methods.
Experience in project management, with ability to manage and drive improvement initiatives effectively.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; systematic thinking, high responsibility, and effective work performance.
Proficiency in CAD and office software.
