
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant aviation certifications and training are a plus, but not required.
• Experience in a coordination, or management role in any industry. Experience in aviation-related fields is a plus, but we encourage applicants with diverse backgrounds to apply.
• Strong interest in the aviation industry with a willingness to learn and adapt to aviation-specific practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, with experience in planning and resource allocation.
• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) for interacting with students, instructors, clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with different divisions (Operations, Standards, Maintenance).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with training management software is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and offer solutions.
