Social Media Advertising & Campaign Management.
-Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
-Develop platform-specific content strategies.
-Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on real-time data.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
-Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.).
-Analyze engagement rates, conversion metrics, and ROI across all digital channels.
-Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Target Audience & Strategy Development
-Research and define target audience segments for various client industries.
-Develop audience personas and targeting strategies.
-Create market-specific strategies, particularly for Thai retail and business markets.
-Collaborate on comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple business verticals.
Community Management
-Manage social media communities and engage with audiences.
-Develop content calendars and community engagement strategies.
-Handle customer inquiries and community feedback across digital platforms.
-Create and implement community growth strategies.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
-Proficiency in online media platform.
-Strong analytical skills with experience in online media analytics.
-Knowledge of social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
-Experience with performance reporting and data visualization
-Proven track record with paid social media campaigns.
Soft Skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-Collaborative team player who can work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
-5+ years experience in digital marketing or social media advertising.
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
-Experience working in an agency environment.
-Knowledge of design principles and brand development.
-Experience with content marketing strategy and execution.
-Basic photography and video production skills
