Purchasing Engineer
V.S. Group
- Manage purchasing of equipment, spare parts, and machine components, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and organizational requirements.
- Source and evaluate new suppliers, conduct price comparison, assess quality, and maintain an updated vendor list.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to achieve cost efficiency and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Coordinate import–export processes, including documentation, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and issue resolution with suppliers and freight agents.
- Analyze market trends, price movements, and changes in supply conditions to support purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and related internal teams for technical clarification and procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management system and internal purchasing procedures.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, import–export, or spare parts/machinery purchasing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, negotiation, vendor management, and basic engineering specifications.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
