หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance across all machinery.

2. Analyze issues and trends to develop predictive maintenance strategies.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns.

4. Manage emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

5. Supervise and ensure technician team performance meets standards.

6. Support installation and improvement of machinery, control systems, and safety.

7. Plan and control maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.

8. Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

คุณสมบัติ

1. Graudated with Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or any related fields.

2. At least 5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance or automation systems.

3. Have knowledge in mechanical/ electrical/mechatronics engineering.

4. Have knowledge in preventive and predictive maintenance (PM & PdM).

5. Have experience with maintenance management systems, repair data analysis, and spare parts control.

6. Understanding of 5S and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

7. Proficient in MS Office 365 and AutoCAD.

8. Able to read mechanical and electrical drawings.

9. Good skills in PLC, pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation & sensors would be an advantage.

10. Have knowledge in electrical systems and electronic circuits.

11. High sense of responsibility and positive attitude.

12. Leadership, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.

13. Honest, proactive, punctual, and a strong team player with continuous improvement mindset.
