1.Age 26 years or above.
2.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or other relevant disciplines).
3.Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in installation and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment, hotel appliances, or similar industrial equipment.
4.Strong technical skills covering installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
5.Ability to analyze and design training programs for installation and service teams.
6.Good communication and knowledge transfer skills (training ability).
7.Proficiency in English for reading/writing manuals and basic communication with international partners or suppliers.
8.Computer literacy in MS Office, PowerPoint, and basic AutoCAD; experience with tools for designing training materials is an advantage.
9.Strong teamwork and cross-section collaboration skills (e.g., with Sales Section, Project Section, and Customer Service Section).
