Accounting Manager (CPA)

- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, consolidated reports, and accounting records.
- Maintain the accounting system and collaborate with the IT department to optimize its functionality.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, including variance and performance analysis.
- Monitor changes in accounting standards and proactively implement required updates.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage all aspects of tax accounting, including documentations, transfer pricing, deferred taxes, tax filings, and RD audit for tax refunds.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 15–20 accounting staff, offering guidance and support to promote their professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a public company.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Strong decision-making, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
