Qualifications / Technical Competencies

Machine Data Integration

• Solid understanding of machine data structures such as status, cycle time, alarms, and counters
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing machine data connectivity and integration from PLC, SCADA, CNC, robots, sensors, IoT systems, OEE platforms, and machine connectivity solutions
• Good understanding of standard industrial communication protocols such as OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, and REST APIs
• Ability to design end-to-end data flow from shop floor systems to databases

Data & Analytics

• Ability to manage and analyze both real-time and historical (time-series) data, and link data to manufacturing KPIs
• Experience in database management and utilization, including SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and time-series databases (InfluxDB, TimescaleDB)
• Experience in data cleansing and data transformation processes

Dashboard & Business Intelligence (BI)

• Ability to develop manufacturing dashboards such as OEE, Downtime, Cycle Time, and Yield
• Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana
• Ability to design dashboards tailored for different user levels: Operator, Manager, and Executive

Leadership & Transformation

• Strong project and team management skills, including the ability to define Smart Factory roadmaps and manage CAPEX planning
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including OT, Production, and Maintenance

Operation Technology and Manufacturing System Manager (Smart Factory)

Education Background :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology, or related fields (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Automation / Robotics / Digital Engineering)
• A Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Data, or Digital Transformation will be an advantage

Experience Requirements :

• Minimum of 8 years of working experience in industrial plants or manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in driving Digital Transformation or Smart Factory initiatives will be an advantage

Operation Technology Engineer

Education Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Information Technology, or related fields
• (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Automation / Robotics / Digital Engineering)

Work Experience :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IoT, Smart Factory, Automation, Manufacturing IT, Data, or Business Intelligence (BI)
• Ability to extract data from machines and develop dashboards
• Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with Production and Maintenance teams
