• Manage and develop E-Commerce strategy and business plan including drive sales growth by generating traffic, maximizing conversion and profitability
• Manage all tasks, timetables, budgets, deliverables.
• Propose budget and build up development plan, organization, operation and controlling all activities of E-Commerce to achieve sales target and in approved budget
• Responsible for content, images, product layout, sales price and programs, homogeneity with the online channel
• Keep up to date on current e-commerce trends and opportunities.
• Cooperate with related departments to create promotions & programs to achieve revenue and promote branding
• Manage, coach E-Commerce team and create procedures for selling on website/App in line with the Company’s policies.
• Survey, evaluate and analyze markets and competitors to come up with solutions and action plans to attract customers & optimize business performance.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
