• Handling external correspondence with email and telephone or as required.
• Perform a variety of administrative or coordinator support tasks that are

• Handle confidential documents and business situations professionally including basic accounting matters e.g invoices and quotations.
• Maintain electronic records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
