Develop and implement social media strategy across all social media platforms while overseeing a community of influencers to increase brand awareness, push trends and increase sales.
Manage and monitor all social platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram
Work closely with team to execute day-to-day content schedule for all social media channels.
Plan and develop digital media strategies, media touch-point planning, as well as media cost and effectiveness analysis for social media channels.
Track and analyze all social media analytics. Create tracking reports.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Monitor real-time reporting and manage online crisis.
Collaborate with internal teams and external.
Maintain creative and brand-centric focus on developing relevant, timely content across platforms – including writing, photography, visual acumen, knowledge of industry trends and influencers.

3+ years of experience building and engaging social audiences on multiple platforms, developing social media strategies and execution plans including testing and KPI development.
Experience in strategizing, running, analyzing, and improving paid social media campaigns.
Demonstrated track record of success in growing and engaging large audiences on major social platforms.
Hands on experience with web analytics platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics).
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Good command of written Thai and English
Willingness to collaborate openly and effectively with team members.
Ability to create a positive environment with enthusiasm, creativity and passion.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
