

• Collaborate on a diverse range of projects, including branding, creative direction, social communication, video editing, sound editing, workshops, and more, reflecting ETS’s identity
• Generate digital content for various platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and the website, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence
• Apply expertise in color, typography, illustration, photography, animation, and motion graphics to craft visually outstanding designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines while ensure high-quality outcomes
• Partner with content writers and marketing team to brainstorm ideas and provide design support for assigned projects
• Conduct meticulous proofreading and review of final graphics and layouts before launching
• Operate within an agile framework, following the team’s scrum process, and collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals
• Demonstrated ETS keystone behaviors
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a graphic designer
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or After Effects is a plus
• Strong knowledge of digital tools
• High responsibility and excellent time management skills
• Showcase excellent creative and innovative design skills
• Multidisciplinary design skills or a keen interest in learning various - design aspects (Design Thinking, Brand Strategy, Digital Communication, etc.)
• Knowledge of UX/UI design is advantageous
• Ability to write advertisement copy or post captions is a plus
