To provide full support to CEO in managing day-to-day administrative and operations in the office.
Manage and organize sensitive and confidential information, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including letters, emails, and phone calls. Ensure important messages and information are relayed promptly.
Plan, arrange, and coordinate CEO’s business or personal travel, including transportation, accommodation, and related logistics.
Support CEO’s in managing specific projects by monitoring progress, generating reports, and ensuring projects are on track.
Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documentations.
Provide comprehensive and accurate information to facilitate decision-making.
Managing and organizing documents, files, and other information relevant to CEO’s work.
Any other adhoc task as assigned

Qualification
At least 15 years of experience as Executive Personal Assistant to Top Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and Power Point for administration and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent management skills and ability to schedule priorities efficiently.
Resourceful, good-problem solving skill, proactive and take initiative.
Pleasant personality, good attitude, independent and efficient.
Good knowledge or experience in finance/accounting is an added advantage
