Review and implement competitive compensation & benefits schemes to ensure cost-effectiveness and align with market practice
• Manage salary planning according to pay-for-performance and market competitiveness policy to motivate and retain key talents and high performers
• Implement a strategy to maximize employee motivation and performance
• Conduct and analyze market surveys to develop reward strategies
• Provide the remuneration package proposal for a new hire, promotions, and transfer to ensure fairness within the company and competitiveness among industries
• Assist in the development of incentive and bonus plans that drive performance and motivate employees
• Manage the HRIS system & All HR Report, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, compensation information, and benefits records
• Coordinate with IT and software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the HRIS platform
