Project Role & Responsibilities

Lead the interior design to projects working both independently and within project teams

Project planning /Follow up team status/ Update Workload of project and team player

Work collaboratively with the directors, the project designer, and the project team to develop and advance the design agenda of each project

Work with external collaborators including clients, consultants, and other project partners

Coordination for project accomplishment

Where appropriate, manage project teams, deliverables, and finances to meet profit targets & deadlines>> Understand on project cost control for assistance to Director and PM

Skillfully resolve detailing and technical issues in line with the project’s design agenda

Support to Director / PM and design team on a temporary fix/solution for an unexpected problem

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications

The designer will be able to balance multiple project commitments, sectors, and deadlines, will be comfortable working both independently and within teams, and is confident collaborator both within the office and with our external partners, clients, and consultants.

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Interior Architecture, and keen in Revit, Auto CAD application.

Fluent in English, Thai

2 years working experience in Interior Design related property field.

Welcome fresh graduates

Creativity and good human relations.

Can be responsible for assigned tasks well.

Experience in Retail/Healthcare/Workplace/ design

Highly creative/self-motivated

Pro-active & Positive mindset

Sense of Design and Function with detail oriented

Technology / Trend

Project & Time management

Flexible/Agile with team & client

Visual/Verbal Presentation

Proficient in Revit, Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint / Keynote (other relevance program are benefit)
