Job Highlights

• Strong understanding of general business flow

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to solve complex problems with an analytical, systematic approach

• Creation of detailed design documentation for the development of computer systems in accordance to business needs.

Qualification

• Design and plan combat and non-combat related systems and features that realize the vision of design leadership

• Help create and maintain living design documentation that keeps pace with the project's progress and accurately conveys all necessary information to Design, Art, and Programming

• Apply knowledge of instructional design theory to design course content

• Selects hardware designs from standard design library for flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required

• Create working design documents used in the course of implementation and that aid in the development of QA test plans

• Monitor emerging trends in interactive technologies, content and design

• Work closely with members of their strike team, including programmers and artists, to achieve the vision dictated by design leadership

• Design and develop pedagogically sound, curricula and activities to improve individual competencies

• Customer requirement capture and analysis including review of the Customer statement of work and design needs to ensure the customer requirements have been met

• System design including elaboration of the interface definition, performance and safety requirements

Qualification

• Ability to communicate and work well with others to ensure functionality in their design

• Have a keen attention to detail and are highly organized – especially when planning out a complex system design and the many components involved

• Exert strong leadership skills for delegating tasks or directing the work of others

• Able to meet strict deadlines

• Have expertise in information technology and computing systems

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Business Management / Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management / Information Management System

• Fluent in English
