Sales Co-ordinator (new graduated are welcome)

Furthermore SJI is committed to providing creative cost effective solutions to each of its customer requirements, so the fullest service can be provided, from developing product and packaging concepts, through to manufacturing, shipping, and even brand awareness building programmer.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.
• Contact customers and make follow-up to confirm orders & delivery dates.
• Work closely with purchasing and logistics department to ensure that orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements.
• Inform customers of any delays and offer alternative delivery dates.
• Prepare all related documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing list, etc.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Liaise between other departments and the customer to provide the service most suitable to the customer’s needs

Qualifications:

• Female, Thai Nationality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrator, Bachelor of Arts (English), or related fields.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, new graduates are welcome.

• Good command of English and Computer skills (MSOffice applications)

• Strong negotiation, communication and management skills.

• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

• Be able to work under pressure.

Office hours : Monday - Friday (9.00 -18.30)
