Role – Digital Business Development Manager
The focus of the role is to help drive company business growth through developing digital marketing tools for 4WD B2B sales activities primarily in UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage 4WD website to maximise customer engagement.
• Ensure suitable website design and copy are in place for SEO optimisation, and creating customer site visits.
• Responsible for developing online platforms for the sale and sourcing of 4WD raw materials, cosmetic packaging, and beauty products in conjunction with design/sourcing/sales teams in Bangkok/Guangzhou/London.
• Support general marketing activities around presentations, digital product cataloguing, trade shows, newsletters, on-line mailings.etc..
• Manage social media activity for 4WD and online business enquiries.
• Generally help contribute to overall 4WD Digital Transformation strategies, with the focus on enhancing future customer engagement.
• Investigate product and market trends of Beauty and Personal Care products in Europe, and build suitable market insight data bases and presentation reports to support commercial teams, including competitor insight.
• Develop new customers for 4WD in conjunction with China, UK, and Thai sales teams.
• Managing website analytics, and prepare reports to identify any actions that might be needed.
