Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Head Strategic HR to work closely with Human Capital Development Director in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your profile
Job Summary
As a Head Strategic HR, your key tasks are as below:
• Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, evaluating employee and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Work closely with HR team to understand business needs, challenges, design, implement an effective strategy to organization and prepare required reports for the management.
• Designing and implementing policies related to people management, attraction, deployment, and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the company.
• Lead Learning & Development
• Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal systems to ensure competitiveness & compliance with legal requirements & competitiveness market.
• Collect data and provide relevant reports, dashboards, and analysis on key HR metrics, to get a clear picture of the HR activities.
• Build up a positive corporate culture to strengthen employees’ morale and enhance the engagement of all staff in the organization by proposing and organizing events/activities.
• Benchmark HR trends and advices on potential areas of internal improvement.
• Liaise with other HR colleagues within the Group to share and implement HR best practices.
• Support information and various projects assigned from time to time.
Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Incumbent must be a Thai national.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree level with experience in HR strategy planning, change management, administration, management, OD, etc.
• Experience in implementing innovative HR strategies, HR transformation, and change management.
• Experience in handling factory HR operations
• Analytical, initiative, possess strong interpersonal & communication skills, perseverance to see the changes, positive & with a continuous improvising mindset are essential attributes.
• Prefer candidate who has handled dynamic working environment.
• Good ability to work with the team and independent.
• Good computer operating skills in MS. Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of English – speak, read, write
• Ability to adopt to different situations, deal with and resolve ambiguity
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment
• Open & Interested to work both in Bangna and Bangpoo
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills to coach and guide the HR team, strong in strategic management, planning, communication, and consulting skills.
