Head of Service Branch Manager (IT Service)

 • Coordinate with vendors regarding service-related business matters and review agreements from a business perspective.
 • Supervise branch managers across all provinces, monitor service sales performance and address arising issues, and provide reports directly to the CEO.
 • Generate revenue from the service business and drive branch expansion for further growth.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Branch Manager.
 • Proven experience in overseeing nationwide branch service operations.
 • Strong knowledge of IT service business and nationwide repair service management.
 • Established good relationships with IT vendors to facilitate service-related business transactions and review various agreements.
 • Excellent command of English.
