
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support all department and activities related to recruitment and selection process.
- Recruit New staff for new project and replacement in IT Skill such as Pre-Sales Engineer, System Engineer
- 1st screen in technical skill and join interview with technical manager.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of recruitment processes such as reference check, interview evaluation, test & assessment, etc.
- Prepare and update Recruitment Report
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates and to enhance employer branding, including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs activity.
- Manage internship program & MOU with university to enhance employer brand and attract future talent.
- Support company Activity such as Staff Party and Club of Company
