• Be responsible for all aspects of assigned OD/HRD projects
• Be the contact point of the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure the system work properly
• Be a trainer to conduct Orientation Training, Company Rule, and small group training
• Develop the learning handouts, instruction material, media, aids, or manuals as required (Online & Offline)
• Prepare training administrative and handle document process (training material via powerpoint, training place, participants, etc.)
• Prepare a related training report.
• Facilitate and support employee engagement activities to enhance the company’s culture
• Support all aspects of assigned OD/HRD projects
