Sino-Pacific Trading (Thailand) Co., Ltd is an importer and distributor of grocery and confectionary products from over the world. We are seeking professional candidates for the following position:
Deliver responsible account performance by deliver sales and market share to meet company objective
Create execution plan to deliver Channel & Customer strategy, driving distribution & profitable volume growth
Initiate plan and provide possible options to maximize company’s products winning presence in stores with effective spending
Coordinate with Trade Marketing team, implement full compliance with brand equities maximized visibility for our brand and enables direct communication to shopper at point of purchase
Accountable and responsible to manage merchandise teams to ensure execution excellence
Ensure Perfect Visibility by including Perfect Store KPIs in customer agreements and facilitating data collection
Ensure product available at stores
Collect pack insights and learnings from field and closely monitor competitors and customer demand to drive barrier-breaking renovation/ innovation
Analyze sales data, competitive activities.
Prepare sales reports and tracking activities and promotions.

Bachelor’s degree graduate in any related field
Experience in Modern Trade account / field execution
3-4 years of experience or more in any field of Customer Development
