1. EDUCATION: Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Social Science, Arts or related discipline is required.
2. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3 years' experience in the field of business management as well as administrative work dealing with procurement process. Experience purchasing scientific or medical supplies from domestic and international vendors is highly preferred.
3. LANGUAGE: Level III (Good working knowledge) speaking/ reading/ writing English is required. TOEIC or equivalent minimum score is 600.
4. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must demonstrate proficiency in using commonly used computer programs and typing various correspondence formats. All basic skills in the use of office equipment including telephone, xerox machine, and scanner are required.
