หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Assist in data analysis using bioinformatics (sequence and phylogenetic analyses, metagenomics) or Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping.

2. Must have some experience on molecular techniques and/or next-generation sequencing.

3. Assists in job-related progress reports for each study as appropriate.

4. Work with other staffs on data verification, data curation, and data analyses for publication.

5. Must work closely and effectively with other staff within the section and department.

คุณสมบัติ

1. Master degree with a focus on molecular biology, biotechnology, microbiology or related field (e.g. virology, bacteriology, medical entomology, parasitology).

2. A minimum of three years of working experience in molecular biology and DNA sequence analysis is required.

3. Good Working Knowledge of speaking/writing/reading English (TOEIC score of at least 600).

4. Have advanced level of Bioinformatic skills for DNA sequence and phylogenetic analyses and working familiarity with various software such as BioEdit, Sequencher, or MEGA
