Basic Function of Position:
1. Responsible for payroll function, disbursement of various CoAg expenses such as Overtime, Awards, Severance pay, Bonus, claim, TDY, overhead including others employees’ benefits (Insurance, Social Welfare) and etc.
2. Tracking and provide a cash and cashier check payment accounting and prepare a monthly financial report the status of all accounts.
3. Liaises with local banks.
4. Assist with budget-related programs management.
5. Coordinate with internal and external organization regarding to payment or related matters.
6. Performs other related duties as assigned.
