1. Co-work with Product Marketing and Sales Team to develop and implement customized promotions for products
2. Analyze channel sell through and promotion results, outlet by outlet and implement improvement plans
3. Conduct and check competitive benchmarking, retail price comparison, competitors movement and feedback to Product Marketing and Sales Team
4. Develop and implement marketing strategy and action plans that align with business strategy
5. Organize events related to marketing activities targeted at clients, candidates and colleagues including media relations, in store media and corporate activities
6. Initiate and implement internal and external media communications, including content/ brand management on department store
7. Manage company offline media and all related digital platform for business purpose
8. Measure and report performance of all offline marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) effect on Sale out target
9. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
10. Collaborate with business partners, agencies and other vendor partners
11. Enable and enhance database qualitatively and quantitatively
12. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption
