1)Based on the insight of Thailand cell phone market and users, build the user operation system of the whole product life cycle, understand the users, carry out deep labeling, refine the operation of users and build users;
2)refine user structure, scenario analysis, based on AARRR and other models, to explore user conversion and revenue growth points, for pre-sales conversion and retention responsibility;
3)planning product activities around user lifecycle, digging users' needs, carrying out refined operations, and improving user retention and satisfaction;
4)systematically build operational means for new and old users, continuously iterate operational strategies according to the characteristics of resources and scenarios, and build a system based on the growth and rights of Thai users in the private domain;;
5)planning corresponding newcomer conversion activities for daily activity nodes;
6)cross-departmental pull through resources, collaboration, through the service process continuous optimization, through various projects to reach users, to help the company to obtain excellent user satisfaction;
Job Requirements:
1)Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English/Thai preferred;
2)5 or more years of experience, including 3 years of experience in user operations, with experience in retail projects preferred;
3)Ability to build a retail user system from 0 to 1, with experience in establishing a user management system;
4)data sensitive, excellent data analysis skills, good communication skills, and result oriented;
5)Base Bangkok, accept long-term overseas work;
