
- Demonstrated ability to provide departmental leadership to achieve corporate goals/being results-driven

- Proven track record for successfully managing multiple construction projects concurrently
- Extensive industry knowledge and demonstrated technical acumen
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and mentor construction teams
- Expertise in prioritizing between competing issues, project needs, business needs, organizational issues, and client relations while making judgements using sound insight and wisdom
- Expertise in all aspects of construction activities including proposals, negotiating, bidding, estimating, contracting, scheduling, job-costing, construction management, and problem solving.
- Willing to work hard with frequent long hours
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or Project Executive in the Construction industry overseeing all construction operations.
- Commercial Construction experience is required
- Wood framed construction experience is preferred
- Senior Living, Assisted Living, Multi-family, or Single-Family project experience is strongly preferred
