
Lead and manage special projects and resources to aligning to business strategic goal and work. Assisting in business and IT discussion and alignment to ensure smooth roll-out. Help to manage resource and work upon if necessary.
(Key Duties and Responsibilities)
• Supporting end-users with the training and basic operations of Point of Sales (POS) systems
• Maintenance of all POS menus, inventory items and menu recipes throughout all systems
• Maintenance and/or troubleshooting of Kitchen Display Units (KDUs)
• Assist with the implementation and/or education of current and new technology systems
• Design and implement related POS project as well as assist in providing necessary reporting
• Coordinate with accounting team and external tax government to ensure the compliance and regulation is followed.
• Support and collaborate with other digital team to achieve overall company and department goal.
