
• Develop and implement marketing communications strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost customer engagement.
• Lead strategic marketing efforts for branding, product promotions, and campaigns, both offline and online, from planning to execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strengthen brand identity and competitive positioning.
• Take a 360-degree approach to marketing activities, PR activities, coordinating effectively with internal and external teams to meet targets.
• Collaborate with and supervise creative or PR agencies to ensure a cohesive communication strategy.
• Improve performance across all official communication channels, including social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, while staying updated on new platforms.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed.
• Manage the marketing communication budget to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Track and report on marketing communication expenses and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze market research to understand consumer behavior and social trends.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Communication.
• Proficiency in English & Thai;
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital media and PR wise.
