- Gather business requirements and analyze processes and business models focusing on delivering new capability for Website, Line, Mobile App and other digital platform.
- Discover and understand business requirements from various stakeholders at all levels
- Identify business opportunity and explore different business solution, their risks, benefits and impacts
- Work closely with Project Managers, UX/UI designers, Development teams and QA teams
- Control project scope, documentation and software change management.
- Develop high level user flow based on the requirements with clear explanation to UX/UI designers and technical lead.
- Develop technical specification with data mapping for all related APIs and databases.
- Facilitate and consult scrum teams to deliver projects schedule to ensure all projects are deliver as plan.
- Involved in sprint planning and sprint demo & showcase to ensure that the solution is developed according to the user stories and all acceptance criteria are met.
- Support UAT/PVT activities including test scenarios preparation, test data preparation and UAT/PVT execution.
- Contribute to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.
- Prepare test case , test plans and execute/lead ST/SIT testing to ensure delivery of user requirements. Provide technical support for UAT
- Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer
- Science, Computer Engineering and related fields.
- Experience in BA/SA
- Experience in digital platform implementation.
- (Website, LINE, Mobile App)
- Familiar with Agile project management and software engineering methodologies
- Experience of testing processes for software technologies awareness and understanding of digital technologies in a development environment.
- Excellent at communicating between technical and business teams through document or visualization tools.
- Experience in technical analysis and tools including data analysis, database and API mapping, Postman and related tools.
- Experience in insurance industry is a plus positive and can-do attitude and can work efficiently under dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in English
