Job Description
Job Duties:
1. Manage all Marketing & Communications Contents,
Planning Communication plan for Beyond Training Website,
Social Media (Facebook, Youtube ) including LINE OA, EDM, and SMS.
2. Create a communication plan for communication campaigns .
Define online content calendar by campaigns and create the concept for online content to communicate campaigns .
Increase the communication channel by choosing KOL and Influencer to expand the awareness of the Beyond Training to new customers .
3. Monitoring and track content and digital campaign performance, using analytics to produce reports with analysis.
Analyze communication performance on social media including providing strategy to increase engagement, new followers, EDM open rate, and others.
4. Initiate and design ideas on artwork for branding and PR content.
5. Creating concept, name, key message and controlling mood&tone
6. Managed day-to-day communication.
7. Boosted brand awareness and generated conversion while monthly marketing campaigns.
8. Develop marketing plan & budget .
9. Build brand awareness among targeted segments
10. Develop tools,marketing communications and sales material.
11. Manage design and production of marketing material
12. Plan and co-analyze digital marketing campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Ads (SEM)
13. Create online and offline marketing plan
14. Maintaining company’s website Plan and organizing market nigh events
15. Evaluate current marketing activities and recommend
improvements.
